SUMMARY:

• CycleCnt is a client/server application that tracks vacuum activation cycles for In-Circuit Test (ICT) fixtures and testers, including HP 3070 (now Agilent 3070), GenRad 228X (now GR TestStation) and Teradyne Z1800 and Spectrum.
• CycleCnt was expressly developed to obsolete ICT fixture LCD cycle counters, replacing them with a centralized database containing this same fixture cycling information.
• CycleCnt is written in Java, and the client package supports Java Runtime Environments (JRE's) versions 1.1 and up.
• CycleCnt client has been successfully tested on HP-UX 10.20 based HP 3070's with JRE 1.1, a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 based GenRad 228X with JRE 1.4.2, and Microsoft Windows 98SE based Teradyne Z1800's with JRE 1.4.2.
